Lancaster sits in a cold-climate zone with real winters, and the housing stock here skews older - median build year in the early 1970s - which means a fair number of the doors we touch were never designed for the openers and springs people expect now. We fix what's there rather than assume everyone's door is five years old.
We don't do everything. We're not a framing crew, and we don't install doors on houses that still need structural work done first - that's a different trade and a different call. What we do is springs, cables, tracks, rollers, panels, and openers, on houses built across a stretch of decades in Lancaster and the towns around it.
